How to make Domino’s Buffalo Chicken hand tossed pizza

To prep the pizza:

  1. Set your pizza stone on the middle rack, if using, and preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. Take the dough out of the fridge and cover it with a towel. Wait about ten minutes for the dough to come up to room temperature.
  3. Roll the dough into the shape of a pizza. You can divide the dough into smaller portions to make personal pizzas. If you don’t know how to roll out a pizza, check out this video.
  4. Place the rolled-out pizza dough on a large wooden cutting board or pizza peel sprinkled with cornmeal.
  5. Top the dough with slices of white American cheese, leaving about a half-inch uncovered around the entire pizza base.
  6. Finely slice the white onion and scatter the slices over the slices of American cheese.
  7. Slice the grilled chicken and spread the chicken evenly on top of the pizza.

  2. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes or until the crust starts to brown.
  3. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle Buffalo Sauce on top.
  4. Cut and serve immediately.

What to serve with Domino’s Buffalo Chicken hand tossed pizza?

Here are a few great options that go with Buffalo Chicken Pizza:

  • Dipping sauce. This pizza can be a little on the spicy side. Classic sauces like creamy ranch dressing and Blue Cheese can really cool things down.
  • Cinnastix. A sweet treat is a great way to end a meal, and these Cinnastix from Domino’s are just the thing. Besides being tasty, they are the perfect way to use up any extra pizza dough.
  • Salad. Get your veggies with a simple salad. Toss tender lettuce, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, and halved cherry tomatoes with Luigetta’s Italian Salad Dressing for something special.

How to store the leftovers

Let any extra pizza cool down to room temperature. Put any remaining pizza on a plate and cover tightly with aluminum foil. The extra pizza will last in the fridge for a day or two.

What is the best way to reheat this pizza?

For extra crisp pizza, reheat it in a 400°F preheated air fryer for five minutes. You can also warm slices in a 425°F oven for the same amount of time.
