Around 15 years ago, LinkedIn came in with the promise that they would unblock the stifled hiring processes where employers could not find engineers. It was pushed as the new way to link supply and demand of employment. Then it became the clubhouse instead. We’re excellent at matchmaking for dating, video games lobbies, and more without any bias…yet here we are digging into the integrity of algorithms and data just to find one nation of engineers in control of who gets jobs in another. We can do better, so that’s what I aimed, and still aim, to do. This platform needs competition in the back.

Although, I would argue that the dating apps are also pretty terrible at matching. Then again, that's most likely intentional and by design. After all, if your business model is based on keeping subscribers on your platform for as long as possible, then matching two parties for eternal love is the last thing you would want to do.

THIS IS AWESOME 👏🏼 👏🏼 Huge Sal fan here! Inspiration comes from those with similar missions. This is how education should have been evolving two generations ago. Educators have had limited resources only for the same reasons we all are…the laws of diminishing resources.Open source education tools are the future, and they now do not necessarily require more and more brick and mortar unless we’re just trying to waste more money on that infrastructure.

I don’t know Epic Games is a) this player legit, b) robbin’ my brand, or c) AI?Creepy bro 😎 creepy AI eliminating my game like Mom ringing the dinner bell 🔔 We had a rule - one call for family dinner and the game is off (no save bro), or the Sega Genesis would go into the attic indefinitely. I learned to just pause bro…just allow pause…that’s all.Take a pause a think, how can I meet this guy with my lastName_firstName as a gamertag on PS5. I really want to meet this “person”.

Emotional intelligence is a journey, dudes, dudettes, and e’erybody. I took these on the beach, at night, with a mobile device, just playin’ around. I came here growing up because it was the spot where the State Park met the Springmaid Pier (recently wiped by a hurricane and newly replaced).Patience starts with where you put your “camera”…meaning YOUR EYES. So here are the four photos from the same “location”.1) Heading to the beach with a lawn chair and a laptop to crunch some code and recognizing the full moon 🌝 2) Peeping over the browsers to see the ocean and wonder 💭 3) Just a little bit higher and the lights of the laptop are gone (day at the beach, amiright?)4) Back to my mobile game…that speck of light in the background is your competitor flying into Myrtle Beach, SC to take your opportunity from you. 😉 It’s about perspective and yolo! ✌🏼

I thank ALL of my mentors, leaders, and accelerants along the way. If you’re a veteran, you’re going to like this the most.I’m putting in a fast lane for learning. I have one goal…to be bought by Khan Academy, Google, Epic, whoever wants some fresh leadership off the “bench”.They never should have benched me…NEVER. All that did was build influence.Let’s roll?

In 2018, I left Atlanta to go back home to Myrtle Beach, SC. The MBAFB was a story starter for me for four years in the USAF because almost everyone had it in their dream sheet somewhere. The base itself was shut down, and “the jobs were coming so early retirement was a good idea”…and then no year round jobs.Fast forward to 2024, and some bangers in tech leadership have brought it. For that, I say thank you. 🙏🏼 My hometown needed this. Also, this is why I moved my research and development initiatives and company IT Stop, LLC when I did.If you haven’t visited Myrtle Beach to see how we do it, I recommend the number one travel destination in America. Oh yeah!👍🏼 ⛳️ we open for business! 👨💼 👨🏼💻
