@Ask_Spectrum modem is on and connected to power. Troubleshooted everything, router will not turn on nor will it connect to WiFi. This service is trash and the customer service is just as bad. Keep raising the prices and not giving your customers what they are paying for

@Ask_Spectrum Do you just find you receive less inquiries if you don't inform customers, instead of giving them a heads up? What am I burning all of my PTO for? Poor service? Lack of communication? I've enjoyed Spectrum. It's just not reliable for more than recreational use unfortunately
