On this project, we had to deal with delayed permits making our construction sequence a little unorthodox. The solution was to build foundations in phases to allow us to build an adjacent 15’ retaining wall. With creativity from our design team, subcontractors and BDI team, we have a clear path. (All osha approved 👀)These are the obstacles that go unseen and the difficulty is too complicated to explain. Fortunately we have an awesome project team committed to making it work.
