We're thrilled to announce the 👷groundbreaking of 52 at Park, in Orlando, Florida! Executing the vision of long-time client Lincoln Avenue Communities, we will introduce 300 modern and affordable apartment homes🏘️to vibrant West Orange County. The community includes two 4-story buildings, six 3-story structures and an amenity-rich central clubhouse. Rents will range from $930 per month for a one-bedroom apartment to $1,400 for a four-bedroom unit. Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said the apartment complex is a start, but the city still needs additional housing. "We need housing inventory at every level. We're at a housing deficit, but especially at the lower ends of the [income] scale." 🌍Solar panels will supply power for the community and residents will have either low or no electrical costs from the infrastructure. Congratulations to The Victim Service Center - 25 years and going strong! WPC proudly supported The Victim Service Center at the Orlando Science Center for a memorable event themed "An Adventure 25 Years in the Making." It was a night of reflection, empowerment, and community spirit as we celebrated 25 years of the VSC’s vital work. The VSC provides essential services and resources to victims of sexual assault, violent crime, and traumatic circ*mstances, completely free of charge. Their dedication to crisis response, advocacy, therapy, and community awareness truly makes a difference in so many lives. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event a success. Your continued support helps further the mission of the VSC, empowering survivors and fostering a stronger, more resilient community.

Within the bustling world of the #constructionindustry, where collaboration and innovation are keys to success, there lies a cherished tradition that brings together skill, camaraderie, and a friendly competitive spirit. This tradition is the annual Hit or Miss Classic, a spirited contest between WPC and our valued friends and subcontractors from Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers. The 2024 Hit or Miss Classic was hosted once again at the picturesque Blackjack Sporting Clays, this year's competition marked a significant milestone. For the first time since the inception of the event in 2013, WPC emerged victorious, breaking the winning streak held by Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers and claiming the coveted trophy.
