We're thrilled to announce the 👷groundbreaking of 52 at Park, in Orlando, Florida! Executing the vision of long-time client Lincoln Avenue Communities, we will introduce 300 modern and affordable apartment homes🏘️to vibrant West Orange County. The community includes two 4-story buildings, six 3-story structures and an amenity-rich central clubhouse. Rents will range from $930 per month for a one-bedroom apartment to $1,400 for a four-bedroom unit. Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said the apartment complex is a start, but the city still needs additional housing. "We need housing inventory at every level.
